Return Policy
We want you to love our clothes! If for some reason you don’t and need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received with all tags attached.
Regular priced merchandise in their original condition can be returned within 10 business days from the day you receive the goods for an exchange or credit, minus the shipping charges.
For exchanges and returns, please email us at abe@shop.pennystockclothing.com so that we can provide you the necessary paperwork for your return.

Exchanged items will be sent only after the returned goods have been received and reviewed. Sale and Final Items
All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Policy
Orders placed Monday-Thursday are typically filled and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed after 3pm (PST) will begin processing the following business day (This excludes Saturday Sunday and Holidays).
Shipping Method
Shipping cost is based on delivery service, price & weight of item, insurance, and destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs using the shipping estimator by entering the shipping state and zip code on the cart page and also on second page of the checkout process.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted.
Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

California residents will be charged a base 7.25% tax plus any additions for county/city taxes.
